Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri dixit is a well-known Indian actress best famous for her role in Beta Saajan, and Hum Aapke Hai Koun, and Beta Saajan. Her first fame was her 1980s role in Tezaab, in which she co-starred with veteran actor Anil Koopor. The next film she appeared in was Dil which she shared screen space with Aamir. In Mumbai, she was raised within a middle class family parents. As a child, she began to learn about stage, she was able to learn dance. Early in her life, when she first started to perform as an actress, most films she produced did not succeed. She eventually found success and became one of the most prominent actresses within the Indian film industry. Following her marriage she had a career break before reentering the business. Recently, she played a significant role as a character in Gulaab Gang a movie about the struggle of Indian women. Dixit won eight Filmfare Awards out of the fifteen nominations she received. Padma Shri is the fourth highest civilian honor in India. Also, she has earned a name for her social activism.
